Placed order almost 2 weeks ago. I received my son's diapers, but did not receive ANY feeding supplies and his formula. I have called over 15x. Waited hours on hold since my order was never delivered. Yet, I can't even get through to any customer service, I was told it would be delivered in less than 2 days. On Friday, after waiting 2 hours on hold, someone finally answered, then hung up the phone on me., this was after the fact that it was already over a week late. This is so infuriating that I have to go on to Google and leave a bad review to bring it to their attention. This is NOT acceptable, especially since my son lives off of his formula.

Attempted to coordinate services since December. No, follow up or follow through to connect me with a nurse. They seemed really nice. Just unorganized if they can't meet your needs right away.
