Horrible and I mean horrible experience. This agency was recommended too me, and I was told they were amazing .. Well that’s far from my experience. Manger comes and talks too you and explains everything . Great, but forget too tell you that your CHILD is on a waiting list . Why not mention that before , or at the meet and greet? Oh I know why. My child is just another check or bill. Needless too say it’s been over three weeks and can’t find nurses . I find that ironic , because there competitors had my child nurses with in four businesses days . Do your research and don’t be like me . Ask them these questions before you sign the contract. I have been back and forth with the speech department since December/January. I had a home visit March 13th and have not heard anything back anyone at this facility. I called to express my frustration and spoke to Daniel who was very understanding and super helpful. He handed my number off and I was called back by the director, I didn’t get his name but he was VERY RUDE! He would not let me speak and kept talking over me and cutting me off. I kindly expressed to him that he was getting me flustered because I wasn’t able to finish a sentence without him cutting me off. He got loud with me and I told him if he continues to not let me speak I would just call me drs to give me a referral somewhere else. He responded with “good, that’s fine, I’ve already taken you off anyways”. I would not reco

My sons only been seeing his speech therapist (through this company) for a couple of weeks but he’s already so comfortable with her and she is so wonderful with him! He’s babbling now and trying to piece words together it seems. Thank you for getting it set up so quickly and effortlessly, and big thanks to Miss Cordie!

My son has muscle disease and has been with epic since 3 years old. He is now gonna be 9 and wouldn't be where he is today without all the wonderful people that work for Epic pediatric services. They never give up on him and thank you Epic.
