So whoever the woman that answers the inbound calls is needs a new job. She always answers the phone like she's having the worst day ever. I received an invoice that my company paid but then continued to receive the same bill multiple times with late fees. Four months ago my regional manager reached out to clarify she was met with a condescending attitude, accusatory statements, and legitimately being yelled at. Now after I am calling to pay (again) I was met with the same attitude and scolding as if I were a child. Needless to say we no longer using this lab and advise you, the reader, to stay away.

We have been working with Avant Garde lab for the last one year and could not be happier with the service, quality of the lab work and attention to detail. We would recommend this lab to anyone looking for full traditional and digital lab work flow. Dr. Vivek Solanki, DDS

I'm having dental implants through Bellaire Smiles whom uses Avante Guard Dental Lab for their Temps and implants. The Temps are so poorly made that I haven't eaten since Thursday the 23rd. I'm now documenting every step. Avante Guard sucks. I get excuses everywhere for a 20k procedure. I can't talk or eat. Go figure.

I give this dental lab 5 stars. I have used the Avant Garde Dental Studio exclusively to process all my dental lab services for over 10 years. The team is very professional and are determined to produce satisfactory results for the dentists they serve.

I went to a dentist that was not honest as to who made my dentures! 1st visit in June finally in October dentist sent me to Mike's dental lab! If I could give Mike 100☆ or more I would! What a truly honest professional friendly man Mike is! He explained why the dentures made for me were totally wrong for my mouth! Something I had been telling the dentist for months! Even the other lab person that actually made my dentures! Excuse upon excuse was given even some that no one with common sense would accept! Mike took impressions of MY dentures that DID fit perfectly but did need to be replaced! IF I was sent to Mike in the 1st place the frustration discomfort & ridiculous amount of time wouldn't have happened! Needless to say I won't return to that dentist! And BEFORE I need a dentist agai
