Avalon Rehab and Care Center

Avalon has very good nurses that work very hard. To mention a few- John, Owayne, and Sayed were always there for me. The aides were very good and helpful and cared. The people at the rehab were great and always there to help. I heard this was one of the top rehabs in the area , and it absolutely lived up to the that. The place is kept spotlessly clean. Thank you Avalon for all you do!

I came to visit my aunt here and I left impressed. You see alot of staff throughout the building, and the patients are happy. It is well lit, the gym is huge. I don't leave reviews often, but it made a particularly good impression on me.

My family found this rehab center “very good”. At first when my mom was getting settled in, she wasn't happy with the room. Later we found out that they were under new management and repainting. Unfortunately, my mom was in a room that wasn't completed yet, but the service made up for it. They were very attentive, helpful, and friendly. We want to thank the following care givers for going above and beyond. Matthew, John, Michele, Rosie, and we can't forget, Celeste. Stay well, and keep up the good work and spirit!

I find this rehab center very good. My room is new and nicely furnished. Rhe whole buildi g is kept clean. The staff all have uniforms which looks real nice. They are always happy to help . They laugh alot- They are happy to be here. I recommend this facility.

What a nightmare. Bathroom filthy. Night aides dumped roommate's diapers on shower floor. Roommate was left in her feces and was playing with it. Disgusting! Rooms are too small to fit 2 patients with wheelchairs, never mind more than one visitor. Had to finally demand a doctor's appt, post surgery, be made after almost a week; good thing-- as another major surgery was required. They did not provide transport or wheelchair for the doctor's appt. Had to have family supply everything. DID NOT RETURN POST SURGERY. Went to a different wonderful facility.
