AV Cardiology

I love my doctor, but unfortunately, the receptionist Denise makes it very hard to see him. She called me canceled an appointment. I rescheduled the appointment and then she canceled the appointment for the third time saying I don’t have blood work in that. She never told me I needed blood work the first time or the second time when I reschedule so whatever she won’t let me talk to my doctor she won’t let me talk to Porsche so I don’t know it’s whatever

My son & I are new patients here so my review isn’t regarding the doctors and the staff has been nice in my one in person appointment. But wow it’s hard to reach anyone here. it’s a cardiologist office, it’s so important. My son has a stat referral due to major issues & i have left FIVE voicemails. Today I got a hold of an angel in medical records who was so helpful (thank you :)) but she couldn’t make my appointment. So I’m still calling hoping someone answers.

Unresponsive and Negligent Care I was referred here for an urgent cardiology consult, but the office has been completely unresponsive. I called and left messages multiple times with no callback, and when I drove 20 minutes to the clinic, I was turned away. For a practice dealing with heart health, this level of disregard is unacceptable. I cannot trust my care to a clinic that shows no concern for its patients. I’ve requested a different referral and cannot recommend this practice.

I was asked to write a review by Dr. Pathak. While she is a delight, the staff at AV Cardiology are disorganized and chaotic. I have left messages 6 times this week and last about a critical medication, and I still can't get anyone on the phone.

Unacceptable Experience with Antelope Valley Cardiology Associates I was referred here by my doctor, and despite the urgency of needing a cardiology consult, this office has been completely unresponsive. I’ve called three separate times, left messages each time, and no one has ever bothered to return my call. For a medical practice that deals with heart health — something that can literally be a matter of life and death — this level of disregard for patients is absolutely unacceptable. If a patient can’t even get a call back to schedule an appointment, how can anyone trust them with their health or their life? This isn’t just bad customer service — it’s negligence. I’ve asked my doctor for a different referral because I refuse to entrust my care to a practice that clearly doesn’t care.
