Autumn Lake Healthcare at Oceanview

I wanted to say thank you so much to Pam in admissions for helping me with the Transfer Of My, mother from one facility to yours. If you need any help with admitting a loved one or need a great nursing home trust me this is one of the best places I have ever been to. I Recommend you getting in contact with Pam. We moved my mom from a nursing home in Philadelphia to Autumn Lake- Oceanview 8 months ago. Pam was super helpful with this transition. Nursing staff, aides, physical therapists, activities, all the departments have been so caring and attentive. We're happy with our choice to bring our mom to Autumn Lake for her long term care.

A family member was recently admitted to their sub acute rehab, to continue physical therapy after an injury. We could not have asked for a more pleasant experience. Every one, especially Pam from admissions, has been kind, helpful and caring. We are grateful and blessed to have them.

This place is extremely old and in need of more help to adequately care for the patients. So many people calling for help with the call button and no one in sight to take care of their needs. I would give this place minus stars if it was a choice for the review. My family member was in here as a sub acute patient. I was there visiting for 6 hours waiting for the "doctor" to come in and see him. The help told me they didn't know what time the doctor would be there. No one ever came. Disgraceful that places like this are permitted to operate.

My wife was in Autumn Lake Ocean View after a hospital stay. Everyone was friendly and the facility was clean and well maintained. Special thanks to Pam the admissions officer and nurses Tim and Gabby for their care. Nursing assistant Kia was especially good with my wife and we thank her for her kindness.
