Autumn Lake Healthcare at Norwalk

My husband was there twice for rehab after surgery and I am so happy I choose AL The staff and PT are caring and competent! Reneishee one of his nurses he just loved! Jackie, Cecheye, Danielle, Dupree and Jackie skirts the aides went above and beyond Lauren our social worker helped in so many ways! Donna at front desk a big help as well as the Entertainment director Dana always doing fun things! When I left to go home I felt he was in very good hands!

I stayed here for 7 weeks. The nurse Renisha was the best nurse I ever had. She provided an excellent level of care and made comfortable. I also appreciated the nurses aid Jackie, she was fantastic. The food was also good.

My husband, Brian, spent nearly 2 months. at Autumn Lake. He was very well cared for by the outstanding first floor nursing staff. All were very attentive to him despite being responsible to care for many patients. The folks in PT - particularly Emma and Victoria got him back on his feet. These people are all dedicated to their specific jobs and very kind and patient. Dr George was also fabulous with a great bedside manner and Nick was resourceful, kind and tended to Brian’s needs. Everyone was professional! I only wish the food was better. Not enough fresh food. (Food was too institutionalized). Otherwise I would have rated with 5 stars.

My father was there for two months after fracturing his pelvis. The staff was very kind and even loving with my dad. The food was good and the facilities were clean. I especially want to thank the nurse Chandra and aides Dupree, Jacqueline, Daniele and Raj. The physical therapist, Karina was very good with my father. They were all hard workers with a great attitude. I would definitely recommend!
