The staff here are very kind and truly family-oriented. Everyone works well together and takes pride in ensuring that each resident’s needs are met. It’s clear that the team genuinely cares about providing quality care and creating a supportive environment for residents and their families.

The staff was excellent in caring for our family member. He was always clean along with his room. A SPECIAL SHOUTOUT to Ms. Jessica Austin. She worked ABOVE AND BEYOND to assist with the business and placement of care after discharge. She was very compassionate and professional. She worked tirelessly before and after hours to insure that all paperwork and aftercare were in place. She still is assisting after the discharge. We appreciate you Ms. Austin. I echo the sentiments shared by previous reviewers. However, the reality is that all of these facilities are the same. Good elderly/rehabilitation care is difficult to find. The workers at this establishment are not professional, they are not hygienic, and they are not friendly. They yell at the patients and lie to them in loud, verbal arguments. It’s so sad to see our loved one experience this and we are working feverishly to find a more suitable experience for her but also feeling defeated by the non-options available. I urge the management to adopt more professional policies, training, and hiring and employment practices. Editing to say that Jessica Austin is the best asset at this location.

My dad has been to five different nursing facilities for skilled care, and honestly, I didn’t have much faith left. But he’s actually participating here, and therapy is doing a great job! Big shoutout to Nicole for being so positive and patient with my old man, it’s made such a difference.

I can’t thank this team enough for the way they’ve cared for my dad. From day one, they’ve treated him like family. The nurses check in often, the therapy team keeps him motivated, and the administrative staff always keep me informed. It’s a huge relief knowing he’s in such good hands.
