I have been going to this pharmacy for many years and the dme Assistant Manager Krystal is very kind and caring with all my families needs. She always has a big smile on her face with good energy that makes us feel welcomed! She is very professional and takes the time to listen to my concerns and makes us feel comfortable when it comes to my families personal medical needs. She is understanding and goes beyond to help me every time I visit and truly has taken a lot of stress from me. I am grateful to have a place I can go to that treats us like family and not iust a customer!

I can’t say enough good things about this pharmacy and their Medical equipment department! The customer service is outstanding—everyone is friendly, patient, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. They make you feel cared for and remembered every time you walk in. Whether it’s answering questions, helping with prescriptions, or just greeting you with a smile, the staff truly make a difference. It’s rare to find this level of service these days, and I’m so glad to have a pharmacy I can trust and rely on with all my pharmaceutical and medical equipment needs! Highly recommend!

I was picking up my meds and witnessed the altercation a customer created yesterday in the Dme side of the pharmacy. The worker (I think she was the manager or something) was being so polite and caring about the situation. I heard her trying to be as understanding as possible but the customer kept cutting her off. The customer kept yelling causing a scene. I felt so bad Props to the worker for keeping her cool. I even saw the customer take pictures of the manager for no reason, I can tell she was very uncomfortable. Bonus points for the pharmacy staff staying attentive to the other customers while all that was going on. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

I love this pharmacy ! They are always polite and friendly when I go to pick up meds. The Dme department is always so helpful with any type of questions I have . The managers hector and Krystal are the best and so is their lead tech yoali. They are so helpful when I bring in my prescriptions. Will definitely not be going anywhere else!

Purchased incorrect item as I was recently diagnosed diabetic. Returned it and an employee: Miss Krystal Sosa went above and beyond to explain how to use my item. She was so courteous& professional but most of all so patient and kind. Will never go anywhere else!!! Employees do not need to go above and beyond but she did and I left feeling a great sense of knowledge from her. Thank you for being so kind Ms. Krystal. I was feeling a bit overwhelmed with my diagnosis but you helped me understand and will forever be so grateful for you!
