Dawn Wade is wonderful & so is her nurse Bethany. However the communication and lack of urgency of the rest of the team is awful. I’ve been out of medication for weeks, and was told that they’d reached out to the pharmacy to handle a refill after a hold had been put on it. After waiting over a week I called the pharmacy which told me that no one from the office had ever reached out. I’ve been calling every day to get this figured out and am getting delayed over and over and over again. As much as any medication isn’t something to joke over, being out of personality-impacting psychiatric medication & having to go cold-Turkey on it, when you’ve done due diligence on your part & the pharmacy has made it clear the office is the one with the issue. Dr. SEAN GUIELLE, the Dr is wonderful he still looks at his patients as people no different than him. Me and my mother in law both see him and have had some medical issues and she is 87 so anyway at one of her appointments he told us just like this " Mrs. Yarberough, my very own mother has your exact same illness's and just as I tell her this is my recommendations...." And you could honestly see in his eyes he cares and not about a paycheck or a reputation but he cares about life; the lives of other human beings and how maybe he can help them.

Shawn is a great nurse practioner. He always takes his time and listens to his patients. He genuinely cares about the people he is treating and wants the best for them. I have chronic health issues and even when I go in very sick his presence is always comforting. I feel loved and cared for by him and his staff; not just like another patient that doesn't matter. It's a small medical office but the care is great.

I called them to get Tested for ADHD, the lady on the phone told me they did ADHD testing, so I got an appointment, I also wanted a 2nd opinion on something my other doctor had told me, BUT I mainly came here to get tested for ADHD. I walk in and tell them UP FRONT, I WAS THERE FOR ADHD testing, and no one said anything about it, making no mention that they don’t do ADHD testing, the front ladies were kind . I get my doctor, His name was Sean dial? I believe ( cannot recall for the life of me) he was a nurse practitioner. He was extremely rude, when I asked a simple question about my other doctor, and that I wanted a second opinion for something they had told me. He rudely answered me, and belittled me, talking down to me, and went on a rant about how anxiety medicine leads up to Xan

Dr. Gilmore is great physician. Always greats you in a very friendly manner and is very professional. He takes the time to listen to all your concerns and aswers all your questions. The staff are all very courteous and professional. I highly recommend this crew!
