I don't write too many online reviews but when I have an exceptional experience, it should be shared. I had a suspicious spot on my eyelid that required a biopsy. I moved forward with this procedure after meeting with Dr Pharo. I've never had any surgical experience on or near my eyes so I was extremely nervous and expecting a lot of pain. To my surprise, the procedure went very well and I'm grateful to Dr Pharo. His bedside manner is comforting and his skills are obvious. I couldn't be happier with how he performed and treated me. I have been a patient at Oculoplastic Consultants for more than 8 years. Recently, I found a new spot near my eye, and when I called the office, Dr. Pharo saw me that day and did a biopsy. When the results showed a basal cell he quickly coordinated a mohs surgery with Dr. Cordova and a reconstruction surgery by him at Desert Ridge Surgery Center that was completed in a timely manner. Dr. Pharo personally called the day after surgery to check on me. Desert Ridge Surgery Center is wonderful. They are efficient, friendly and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Pharo. I needed my eyebrows lifted to increase my perifial vision. Dr. Pharo did a great job. Everything looks normal. I also had a lower eyelid that was putting pressure on my eye. Dr. Pharo did a fantastic job correcting the problem. A perfect combination caring and talent.
