My overall experience at Austin Heart - Round Rock was absolutely exceptional. The front staff was kind, friendly, and understanding of my hearing loss. They spoke clearly and precise. The wait time was nearly nonexistent. I literally waited 5 minutes in the waiting area before being called. The nursing assistant who spoke to me prior to seeing my doctor was also very kind and courteous. My wait time to see my doctor (Dr. Sam Afshar) was also nearly nonexistent as he appeared in the examining room literally minutes from the time I arrived. Dr. Afshar was both thorough in his treatment as well as professional and patient with his explanation. Overall I couldn't have asked for better treatment. 10 Stars! ⭐️

Today was the first time I've ever went there. The waiting where was very large and comfortable. I had one person in line in front of me. From the time that I was handed my papers to fill out to the time that I was called back, was less than 5 minutes. We did my vitals and updated current records. I had an appointment with Heidi. She was wonderful. She was very patient and explained everything to me. She was very thorough. I didn't have that uneasy feeling that I get when I normally go to doctor appointments. Everyone was very polite and very friendly.

It is important to be recognized as a person that is needing help. Having staff available and helping efficiently to provide medical services makes a big difference for both the patient and clinic. Dr. Bhargava was very attentive and helpful. He took the time listening, answering questions and giving advice.
