Aurora Urgent Care

Took my son here to have a an ear tub removed. He had them for years, one fell out (as they are suppose to) but it got stuck in some ear wax and was bothering him. It was just a little too far for me to remove. Brought him in, the MD removed it in about 45 seconds, was in the room less than 10 minutes (this includes the time spent waiting for the MD). After billing my insurance, I owe $451….I'm sorry, what? When I called the 800 #, I spoke with a Sierra who told me “I’ll send this to be reviewed but it sounds like you were billed for what happened”, I let her know there are different levels to bill at and this was billed higher that necessary. I then asked if I could speak to someone else and was told “you can hang up and call back but the next rep is going to tell you the same thing”. Nic

When you're not feeling well it's hard to decide if going to the doctor is the right thing. I went into urgent care today in neenah and was seen by Dr Carlson. He was very kind and knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable in his care. The rest of the staff was top notch and the experience was very positive! Can't always say that about healthcare today but this experience was very positive

Nurses were great but very bad experiences with the doctors here.

This is the second time I've had a bad experience with this specific UC doctor. I came in in early December with a cough so bad I was puking, had no voice, couldn't stay awake, etc. - I was definitely sick. I'd been this way for over a week. This doc proceeds to tell me that I was borderline, but wouldn't tell me borderline what. She tells me that it could be nothing. She tells me that it can't be the flu because flu season hasn't hit yet (?!). She left no room for questions. She told me I "looked good, so." She was completely cocky and dismissive - as if I would take the time off work to come in, pay all that money for the visit, just to bug her. This person leaves me with zero answers and a prescription for an antibiotic. A few days later I check my online account. I HAVE BRONCHITIS. Sh

Call your insurance before going here. Went in for antibiotics and was billed $734 for a 44 minute visit (waiting room time included). My insurance sent a pricing sheet after I called to make sure I was billed correctly and it would have been 40% cheaper to go to Thedacare.
