The staff are very friendly and personable! Dr. Nguyen is an honest and reliable professional. He is gentle with procedures and great at what he does. I've gotten cleaning, fills, and crowns done and always leave happy. I never thought I'd actually look forward to a dentist visit. My parents, sister, and fiance also go to Aurora Dental and are more than content with the work and treatment as well.

Dr. Nguyen is an excellent dentist and all of the staffs are so friendly. Our family always love coming to get our teeth cleaned. So glad we're finally found a good dentist for our family to go to.

I have Guardian dental PPO. I was refused service with a severe tooth ache needing a root canal or at least a crown. I was refused because they have to MAIL IN THE AUTHORIZATION AND WAIT FOR THE INSURANCE RESPONSE BY MAIL!!!!! I was told goodbye and see you in a few weeks, maybe, somehow we will contact you or the insurance will contact you. Who's runs a business like that in this day and age??? They took x-rays and confirmed my insurance then told me what I needed, then sent me home. Unbelievable. I'm in pain constantly and I was then given a motrin prescription and byeeeee. I waited 3 days for this appointment. So now I'm starting over!!! With a dentist that wants business and to take care of people!!!
