Staff is friendly and accommodating. Alisha is kind, gentle, friendly & very capable. Dr. Caputo is a wonderful dentist with a fun personality. My whole family has been going here for years and wouldn't want to go anywhere else for our dental needs.

I had a very horrible experience with this dental office. I consented to a specific treatment plan, but while I was under anesthesia, additional work was performed that I did not agree to beforehand. The work that I wanted was not completed. I only learned about the change after the procedure was completed.this completely changed my treatment plan. And I had to pay up front for this procedure. When I raised concerns and asked for an explanation and refund, the office was unwilling to resolve the issue. The lack of communication and accountability was extremely disappointing. In my opinion, patients should feel confident that no procedures will be performed without their clear, informed consent—especially when they are unable to advocate for themselves. Unfortunately, that trust was broken

We first found Dr. Caputo and Aurora Dental when our young son was jumping on the couch and nearly knocked out his front tooth. We had recently moved to the area and had not yet found a local dentist. Dr. Caputo was friendly, knowledgeable, and great with kids. My wife has a bit of a dental phobia. Dr. Caputo - and his entire staff - make her very comfortable from routine cleanings to replacing the cap on her front tooth. Personally, I have seen the same hygienist for going on ten years. In a world where dental care has too often become a commodity in your local strip mall, Aurora Dental is that family practice that takes care of the entire family. Highly recommend!

What a wonderful dental office! Our family had 2 hygienists that were BOTH incredible! Dr Caputo was so nice. We are so happy that we chose this practice!
