Aumsville Family Dentistry

You could never get a hold of anybody and no one ever calls you back. I’m a disabled veteran that has been assigned to Aumsville family dental their customer service is deplorable. I’ve left two messages over three days four days and receive no callbacks.

Literally the best dentist I’ve ever had I my entire 30 year old lifespan. I’m so grateful for them. I have seen them for various procedures in the past few months (5 visits total in about two months). They are amazing. I’ve literally never been x-rayed so carefully and to the extent of detail they paid attention to. The team was amazing. I have a baby that I can’t get a babysitter for and the team up front are always so happy and helpful with her when I come in. They literally rock her to sleep so I can relax and get my procedures done without worry. I absolutely LOVE my dentist at this facility. My experience has always been great, I appreciate that when I had an emergency, they got me in quickly and gave me medicine that made me comfortable until I could get in at a regular appointment. The nurses and front staff are all friendly and work hard to help me at every visit. I really like my doctor, Dr. Amy Trevor. She is always professional and cares about doing a good job. I feel comfortable in her care. I have been coming to Hunsaker dental for several years now and I would look nowhere else for my quality dental care. I love Hunsaker Dental! The staff are incredibly nice and take great care of you. When you come in for an appointment they offer you a bottle of water and when you are getting your teeth worked on they offer music to listen to, blanket, and pillow. I love Melody! The sweetest. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

I am happy with the service we've received here. They are respectful of our time, efficient, upfront about costs, and I cannot say enough good things about this dental office. Our experience with these folks was an unexpected cavity repair for my daughter. Despite not being an established patient they had her in right away, got the job done quickly and my little girl was a happy camper. Works for me. Based on that experience we have since switched all our family members dental care here from another clinic that did not value our time, often couldn't figure out their billing for months, and did not inspire confidence in the services they were providing.
