Augusta Health Urgent Care

Came in at about 6:05pm, the final hour before they closed. Person at front desk was very kind and helpful. I did not have my insurance member ID and she sluethed it out for me, and even provided me a printed copy of my insurance card that she cut down to size and glued front to back so it was like an accurately sized 2 sided id card I can put in my wallet. After a long long day in pain, worrying about not having time to go home and find my insurance card that was amazing. The nurse and provider were also kind and explained things thoroughly, and gave efficient care. I'm happy to return to this establishment. Thank you all for helping me out down to the last minute of your work day.

Sat around for over an hour after I got into the back. the nurse took care of two people who came in after me. I had to ask when I would be seen. The nurse practitioner was kind enough to set his egg mc muffin down for a second to tell me with a mouthful of food that I was next. This place is a nightmare don’t go unless you would absolutely have to.

I had a very pleasant experience at Augusta Health Urgent Care. I visited for bloodwork and to be seen for extreme shoulder pain. The techs were incredibly kind and professional—they were able to get my blood on the first try despite my small veins, which is rare for me! Dr. Carter was attentive, compassionate, and provided excellent care. After his thorough evaluation, I was referred to the ER for further testing. The receptionist and my nurse were also warm and helpful, making the entire visit smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this location for quality care and service.

We come here when our regular Dr cannot get us in Everytime we come they say it's a virus has to run its course but than in a couple days it doesn't go away and we have to pay a whole other Drs visit to get medication. It's a rip off.

All the staff was extremely gentle and caring to my mother. Very understanding, and professional. I just want to say Thank You!
