I have been a client of Auditory Services for a number years. Katie, the owner, and her staff have earned my trust in servicing my hearing needs. The decades of experience in audiology is apparent and important to me. Katie stays current with the advancements in technology across the spectrum of competitors in this congested and often confusing market. With that confidence, I just purchased my 3rd set from Auditory Services. A USA made product with the latest in AI technology. I experienced a significant improvement in hearing over the older technology and I have no doubt I made the right decision. Thank you Katie and team!

Very thorough exam. Hearing aids were discussed briefly but there was no hard pressure to buy. Explained the test results clearly. Very satisfied and will follow up in a year.

Hearing test was not handled in a sound proof area. I know my hearing was diminishing however so not surprised. Hearing aid testing went much better than expected. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Can’t wait to try them out.

Was having trouble with the wax guard on my one hearing aid. I didn’t have an appointment but Diane got me in very quickly and resolved the problem for me. Excellent service.
