Everything was very nice. The lady that gave my hearing test was very nice. I was there with my sister and had to wait in the waiting room until she was finished and there were no magazines. I guess you want people to bring their own. I might come back for hearing aides so keep my records for awhile. I am rather short of funds right now as helping other family members with more problems than I have. I was just using one hearing aide when I was at your office as the wire broke on the one aide of the left hearing aide and it has to be fixed.

Alison was very thorough and addressed all of my questions. I received my new 'aids' during the visit and have them tuned for my needs.

I have received the best care from this office, from diagnostic, hearing aid choices, and after fitting sessions. Their service is exceptional!! I have used other vendors over the years, but none had provided this level of expertise. Sometimes we tried to save a few dollars in other places, but we do not receive the attention and level of service Physician Hearing Center provides. Thank you Allison for your great attention to detail and caring. I recommend this office.

Plenty of hearing centers to choose from but you’re not going to find a more professional, knowledgeable and pleasant office than this. Alison is the audiologist I worked with who gave me my hearing test and fit me for hearing aids. I’m a first time wearer of hearing aids and was naturally nervous and unsure of what to expect. Alison was incredibly patient, kind and helpful throughout the process. Thanks so much for a wonderful, stress free experience. I highly recommend this location inside Hillcrest Hospital.

My husband isn’t tech savvy so I’m writing this for him. He LOVED this team of doctors. Said they are “top notch”. They went to great lengths to make him comfortable. Thank you for taking care of him (Bob Schneider)!
