The people in the AudioNova office in Denver are awesome! Linda Cooper is so friendly and helpful and Taylor at the front desk knows me by name. I'm a first time user of hearing aids and I feel that my experience is going great with the help from Linda. I highly recommend this office for any hearing needs.

I called my insurance company to assure AudioNova a covered provider. Their fee for a hearing test and fitting of my hearing aids $500 from me and they would separately bill my carrier. These folks in it for the money. Brain surgeons may justify 500 and hour. Not audiologists.

For me, dealing with Connect Hearing (at the East Harvard location in Denver) has been a perfect experience. I’ve been going here for over 6 years - and all of the staff (Audiologists and front desk people ) have been ultimate professionals on every level. I’m currently going on my third set of hearing aids from this location - I need the best in my Hearing needs and didn’t feel like lower cost alternatives (such as Costco) would serve my needs, as they In my opinion, do not have the same level of audiologists / latest products as you find here. The two current audiologists that I have seen, Sean and Katie Are without a doubt ‘Top notch professionals’ at what they do-You simply won’t find better audiologists around! … And they are both fantastic people, as is all of the front desk staff.

Have been tested and decided on getting hearing aids. Linda Cooper was very helpful and knowledgeable and this far I am really pleased with how this went.

Just upgraded my hearing aids. Hadn’t been to the audiologist since before the pandemic. I am positively floored by how much better my new hearing aids are and couldn’t be happier that I went. The entire crew at Connect Hearing has been wonderful to work with. Dr. Austin is extremely professional, personable and knowledgeable. She has taken extra time with me every appointment to understand my individual needs and educate me so I can get the most out of my new hearing aids. The rest of the staff is extremely helpful and pleasant to work with when it comes to billing, scheduling, insurance, etc….This Connect Hearing location is the perfect example of how the world of health care should work. I wish there was a 6 star option. They deserve it!
