I can’t say enough great things about Audiology of Scottsdale. I went in at year end hoping to squeeze in a hearing test and possibly get my first pair of hearing aids before my insurance changed. It was a last-minute situation, and wow—they truly went above and beyond to accommodate me. I actually walked out of my very first appointment with new hearing aids in! They were carefully adjusted and fine-tuned in follow-up visits to make sure everything was just right. Online scheduling is such a bonus, but calling the office is just as easy. They send text reminders too, which I really appreciated—it makes staying on top of appointments effortless. Dr. Cathy Kurth is incredibly experienced and genuinely friendly. Cathy Kurth, the audiologist is a patient centric, caring, and knowledgable professional. They have the state of the art technology, knowledge and skills. She works with you to determine the best option for you. They are not a one and done, but a partner in finding the best resolution for you and staying with you through the future. I was in the Scottsdale area when my hearing aids stopped working. Being from out of town, I was panicking that I wouldn’t be able to hear well for the rest of my trip.
