Audiology HEARS

I am an experienced hearing aide wearer that was in need of new hearing aides. I found Dr Bailey and Audiology Hears through my insurance and doing some additional research. I totally agree with the wonderful ratings and reviews. She knows hearing aides! It was by far the most thorough hearing aide discussion I have ever had with any audiologist as she took time to talk through many options. She obviously loves what she does. Her audiology assistant, Mara is also a gem…very welcoming and efficient. Highly recommend!

My first interaction with Mara set the tone. She’s warm, professional, and on top of everything. She made sure my VA approval went through seamlessly and kept me updated along the way. I never had to chase information. Dr. Bailey was just as impressive. She didn’t repeat the same questions I already filled out on the intake form. Instead, she asked thoughtful follow up questions, which told me she had already read and printed my information before the appointment. That stood out. I never felt rushed. She walked me through my options clearly, with zero pressure. I left feeling confident in her recommendations and comfortable moving forward with hearing aids.

I was very impressed with Dr Bailey. First, she explained what the hearing testing was all about. Then, she explained in detail my hearing test results. She walked me through my options for hearing aids. I am very satisfied with my hearing aids. In addition, the office manager, Mara, is very helpful. My sister lives in Sanford, FL. Mara went out of her way to find a few Audiologists in the Sanford area that use the same testing approach to hearing testing as Dr. Bailey does. Overall, my experience has been fantastic!!

I have a severe hearing loss. Dr. Bailey is a caring, compassionate, knowledgeable and dedicated professional, who is willing to do what it takes to enable me to hear well and have hearing aids that fit comfortable. I highly recommend her!

Dr. Bailey took so much time to explain my hearing loss. She is professional, smart and fun person to be around. Mara is always so kind and accommodating when i see her. They are a great duo!
