what a great lady! Kim reprogrammed my Phonak app, made adjustments so my heating would be much crisper and taught me many things about the operations of my phone and hearing aids that i did not know. She simplified everything!!! NOW i will wear my hearing aids everyday!! it was refreshing to learn that Kim is a good Christian woman as well. the receptionist/secretary if just as nice and efficient as well. She is able to answer many clients questions. i am very pleased!!!

The most important aspect on your hearing aid journey is not the aid manufacturer, it is the hearing aid specialist. This person has to work with you to find the right manufacturer and model, and then "fitting" the device to work for YOU. Kim Borelli is the person you need. She listens, she asks the right questions, she teaches. She is patient. She even meets you after working hours if necessary. So if you call a hearing aid provider, the most important question you can ask is, "Does Kim Borelli work here?" Steve W
