Dr Smith was wonderful! She was caring and explained every test and the reason for it. I left feeling very well taken care of and with a better picture of my health. Thank you Audiology Associates and especially Dr Smith.

The staff and doctor were great. On time and personable. They were very patient with me 92 year old mom. The staff and doctor explained what they were going to do before and during the examination. The doctor provided us with the results before we left the office.

The front desk staff is extremely nice and helpful. Michael, I think that's the staff member's name, really goes above and beyond to assist you. Dr. Casey Smith performed my hearing test and also my balance test and wonderfully explained the process in detail. I do recommend this place.

The front desk young man was so friendly and welcoming. Lisa was patient and thorough.it was scary to learn about the loss of hearing, but was amazed and encouraged at all the advances in hearing devices! Now I am excited to get all the things that will give me back all the sounds I’ve been missing! Thank you!

There was broken glass on floor of exam room where you wanted me to be barefoot for tests. There was a nasty stain on the wall which made me feel as though nothing in the room was sanitary for testing. I was not walked through what any of the tests were or how they would go. Many times I would be hooked to a machine and loud sounds played before being explain. All the equipment and the entire room smelt off and did not seem like it was cleaned before my appointment. I have never been more uncomfortable in my life at a doctors office and I almost left upon the start of my appointment.
