The staff here was amazing when testing my young daughter. They were very patient, were able to keep her engaged in the test, and provided a thorough report on my daughter’s results. Would recommend for pediatric hearing tests.

The Coral Springs office was able to get my son an appointment very quickly . Robin was extremely professional and kind with my 2 year old! She truly understands the needs of these child clients and their parents, and didn’t make us feel rushed or stressed when my active child was getting fidget and fussy.

AWFUL!!!! They did their hearing test at the hospital right after birth without our permission and decided to charge us for it months later. They invited us for a 2nd test and assured us that our insurance is accepted and that everything would be fine. It’s now months later and they won’t stop sending me a $400 bill. Every time I talk to FL Blue they say that Audiology Associates simply failed to provide the authorization number, and that as soon as they do, FL Blue will cover it in full. I’ve asked them MULTIPLE times to send the authorization number already, but they’d rather just keep mailing me this bill every month. STAY AWAY!!!!!!

The audiologist Mrs Jackie was so sweet so kind my baby was asleep and she was so gentle please come see them if you need any kind of doctor regarding the baby's ears.....

I took my son today to have his hearing test redone after being recommended at West Boca when he was born. My experience was great, from the front desk receptionist to Dr.Lindsay and the young lady that was with Dr.Lindsay were phenomenal! Very sweet, patient, and informative. Being a registered nurse/in the medical field myself.. I tend to overthink and worry! However, Dr.Lindsay made me feel at ease and answered all my questions. Left the office super happy with the care my baby received. So sorry I did not catch the names of the receptionist and the young lady with Dr.Lindsay. But thank you!
