Dr Soto has a well run office. All employees are caring and considerate. Rachel is outstanding. I always enjoy spending time with her. I am in good hands.

My appointment was for a balance and ear crystal evaluation with audiologist Erin Lackinger. Au.D. She was pleasant and Professional in her process and communicated very well. The exam is primarily done with video screens and googles to evaluate eye movement. I felt the exam was well conducted and her diagnosis was I didn’t have an ear crystal problem. I’m not entirely clear of my next steps with ENT as I still have a an unstable feeling. I would recommend Ms Lackinger because she is thorough and articulate.

Dr. Pits took considerable amount of time to explain the benefits of the hearing aids I was going to try out. I’ve only been wearing them for one day and having a remarkable difference in my ability to hear!

Erin Lackinger is phenomenal. She always helps me with my hearing aid questions and adjustments! I somehow messed up my settings and she quickly got me back on track!

The audiologist was kind enough to remove ear wax before my testing without the tools ENT doctors have at their disposal. Dr Pitts was patient and clearly explained the procedures for testing.
