At 70 yrs of age , my wife finally got me to go in and get tested. I already knew I had an issue with hearing. What I didn't realize, was the cognitive decline associated with my hearing loss. After a consultation with Audiology Associates and speaking to Viola, my suspicions were correct, I have a hearing loss. When I was fitted with my new hearing devices I was sold. I could actually hear, and more importantly, I was able to understand what was being said. I love the Audibel Hearing devices so much I feel like I could sleep with them in. Another great thing is the size. For a BTE device, they are small and discreet. Most people don't even know I am wearing them. Well, that's until I mention " ya don't have to yell at me anymore." Dr Thomas A. McCarty, AuD is a phenomenal doctor that is very kind and he explains what he's doing and what the process for hearing aids is. He states the ones I will be getting will help with hearing, tinnitus, balance, memory and help me with being sensitive to certain noises! I'm praising God for him and his very kind staff!! I got my hearing aids today and my goodness I'm so thankful to the whole team at this office!! 🙌🏼I'm praising God for y'all!!

Had a really good visit and learned alot. I never knew hearing loss can increase the chances of dementia and other brain disorders. Dr Mccarty was alot more comprehensive on the testing then I got from somewhere else and found stuff they had missed. Thank you.

I got my hearing checked for the first time since I was a kid. I knew I was having some issues when I went in, but the in-depth testing they did was awesome. I left with new prescription hearing aids the same day. The ladies at the front desk and check out desk were so sweet and helpful. Dr McCarty was very knowledgeable and was very open to sharing things he’s learned over his years and was very kind and patient. The difference between when I went in and when I walked out is huge. It’s going to take some getting used to being able to hear all these “extra” sounds and using the app and such to help control the hearing aids, but I’m looking forward to this adventure in hearing.

I do not write reviews often but I have to say, hands down 5/5 stars, more if I could give more stars! The staff was so patient and caring! They took their time ensuring I knew what was happening and held my hand step by step. As someone who is not 30 yet and is told I needed hearing aides, it was difficult for me. Kelly was so kind and worked to get me in same day as I was having balance and hearing issues. She stated she didn’t want me to have to wait and be uncomfortable and got me a same day appt. Kelly worked with my schedule and made sure I got all the help I need! Dr. McCarty was so kind to see me during his lunch time. He is so knowledgeable, thoroughly and kind.
