Dr. Fraser is wonderful to work with. She's knowledgeable, skilled, answers questions well, and explains things clearly. She is a delightful person--friendly, upbeat, cheerful, and makes sure you're satisfied with the hearing aids. I definitely recommend her for people who want to improve their hearing!

Getting an appointment was easy and quick.The receptionist was courteous and attentive. The audiologist, Dr. Logan Fraser, saw me on time as scheduled. Her mannerism and demeanor made me feel relaxed and comfortable. She made a thorough evaluation of my hearing aid and discovered a defect in my left hearing device. She made arrangements for its repair and a loaner hearing aid was programmed and given to me for temporary use. Now the clarity of my hearing is excellent. In my humble opinion this is outstanding service.

What a great experience from start to finish! The Receptionist at the front desk was very welcoming, the hearing test was painless, and Dr. Fraser was knowledgeable as well as kind. I look forward to my next appointment & being able to hear better.

I have used this practice 4 times between 3 of my kids. 2 newborn screens (quick and easy!) And reoccurring ear infections in addition to a failed hear screen for my older daughter. Theyve always been quick to schedule, informative and responsive. So happy with the practice and the provider. Highly recommend.
