Audiology Associates

My mom was seen there today. She said Dr Romero was very friendly and professional. However, she also told me that the front desk person who checked her in scolded her for being 10 minutes late and told her she upset the entire schedule for the day. Nonsense. How many providers keep their patients waiting way longer than 10 minutes? There is no excuse for scolding an 81-year-old woman for being 10 minutes late because the place was hard to find and transportation was running behind.

I came in to have impressions made for in ear monitors. They got me in within 2 days! The staff was very helpful and very easy to deal with. I recommend them without reservation.

This audiology associates is a bad experience and poor hearing aids and rude employees, Dr Ramero and Dr Thomas are very rude, especially the front desk also, ,they sold me some hearing aids and they have rechargeable issues and low quality hearing aids, they jus stole $4000 from my insurance,its like a theive, they think my insurance is free money because I didn't pay nothing out of my pocket, I worked sents age 15 and I paid Medicaid,state and federal, , becareful using your insurance with Dr Ramero because she will sell you a low quality hearing aids and they don't even care because they are low quality hearing aids, I end up at the wrong place and I didn't know there are very rude , my provider the one put me here and I should jus went to a different audiology, the hearing aids I got

Two members of my family have had to have hearing tests here in the last year and they were both able to get appointments very quickly. I was impressed with how smooth the hearing test was for baby. They kept her very entertained.

Excellent! I was scheduled for an appointment and I was a little late, which was totally my fault, but they were very accommodating and rescheduled me for same day, which I very much appreciated. When I arrived, the office was very clean and welcoming and the receptionist was very nice. Did not wait long at all and got my hearing tested by Tina. She was very professional, very nice, and very knowledgeable and I left feeling good about the experience! Thanks Audiology Associates!
