Dr Monroe /Tammy and the team have been great I developed ongoing and annoying tinnitus and was desperate for a ‘solution’. It was easy to set up an appointment at the Saratoga office and the office is comfortable, private and quiet Dr Monroe is great at establishing a comfortable setting where she helped me explore my issue. Her series of comfortable tests helped point to a potential cause of my issue and she was active in setting a plan and alternatives to deal with it . She provided me with the tools and self directed support I need to deal with my tinnitus and there has been no upselling of the other resources they have available. Very good but I called to change my appointment from 10:00 and was given 12:30 nobody let Tammy the time change. But Tammy was very helpful and I kept saying I was sorry they didn’t let her know of the time change.
