Audio Rx Hearing Services

I have hearing loss in one ear, my insurance send me to Audio RX to get a hearing aid. This place took the freedom to choose one for me and they gave me a very cheap one around $1,200 but charged my insurance $5,000 for it. I was very unhappy with it and told Susan that they were ripping off the insurance but of course she denied... it it took a couple months to get reimbursed. I went to a different place where they gave me a good quality one of my choice

I waisted 2 hrs of my time at Audio RX. Dr Susan did my hearing test and she was very unprofessional. She did not listen to my concerns nor facts about myself going into the test. I informed her I had otersclerosis in both ears and had a stapedectomy performed on my right ear 10+ years ago which was successful and has enabled me to hear. I let her know I could not hear from my left ear and was seeking help for my left ear. She did the test and told me that I was actually not able to hear from my right and had better hearing on my left. I told her that was impossible but she continued to tell me that my surgery was unsuccessful and that I must be confused about which ear I had surgery on. Like I don't know! At this point I'm very confused but knew something went wrong in her testing but she

It's a great place, the staff is very friendly. Dr Susan is very professional and, above all, a very cheerful person!

I am brand new to LA and have many medical conditions. I have seen specialty drs in many areas and have been so disappointed!!! Until….. I had the need for my hearing aid to be repaired. No knowing these people, I set an appt. OMG! During my whole interaction I fell in love with this crew!!!!!! If anyone has the need and the proper ins!!!…there is absolutely no one else better to handle your needs!!!!

My doctor is Dr Susan this place is exceptional with caring staff and always professional I've been dealing with them for 22 years
