The customer service is first rate. Kaki is high energy, totally engaged, up to date on all the products and enjoys helping people. She hires great staff. There is no millennial angst at the front desk! ARL makes me feel like an old friend.

My insurance had implemented additional hoops to jump through. It was taking longer than expected. Kaki was able to get the hearing aid manufacturer to get a discount for my hearing aids that my insurance would have provided. She honored that for me instead of waiting for approval from my insurance. I received my hearings aids shortly thereafter. Ms. Pope has her clients' welfare first in mind. I very much appreciated her help. Now "What did you say" is rarely something I utter.
