Jenny Brown is GOLD! She is knowledgeable, kind, compassionate, honest and has a great sense of humor to boot. My mother was so nervous to get her hearing checked. She looks forward to each visit now. Jenny is a cut above the rest. When it comes to hearing, in her hands is where you want to be. She will work with you. She takes the time to explain things. We never ever feel like a number.

I’ve been having ear related issues for a few months now, and I was finally referred to receive a comprehensive hearing test. Not only was the staff super friendly, the woman doing the test for me would explain in detail what she was going to do during the whole exam, which was great for me as I have major health anxiety. All in all, it was a great experience and I’m glad I found them! Quick and easy to schedule an appointment!
