My hearing aid wasn’t charging so I reached out to US Hearing to help me. Dee was so gracious to me on the phone suggesting solutions and made me an appointment to see the specialist on Tuesday. We spoke quite awhile and he took his time listening and asked that I bring them in with my charger to see if he could just check out the basics. I drove there and was welcomed with a tremendous smile and he helped me very patiently. We decided to send them in for repair. I’m excited to find such a caring person and facility. Do not hesitate…they are top notch..

Matt Beck is very nice and gave me a lot of information. He had me try on hearing aids and let me take them home for the night. Dee the receptionist made me an appointment for tomorrow morning for a follow up. It's great to be able to hear again. They will take a bit of getting used to.
