As a long-time customer, I can tell you that the staff go above and beyond with prescription services. They offer help with medication management, procuring refills, communicating doctor's instructions, etc. Super friendly staff make it a pleasure to do business here. Being located in a small town enables the staff to know their customers, along with a familiarity of their monthly medications, as well as a familiarity of the local physicians.

I would have given a 5 star rating if they hadn’t changed the pill bottles from round bottles to the triangular bottles. These bottles are unstable and tend to tip over easily, usually falling off the counter to the floor resulting in broken pills. Not a good idea guys!

They admitted that they had the medication in stock but wouldn’t fill it for us since we typically use a different pharmacy. We had planned to switch everything over to them since the pharmacy we use has been out of stock more often than not, but they didn’t give me the chance. All of our business will now go somewhere else permanently.

The pharmacy technician had a problem with tri care.i got my wife rx in Joplin at the hospital
