What a great pharmacy! This place is packed full of employees with one goal in mind: Customer Satisfaction! They were busy the morning we arrived to get our COVID Booster shot, but I didn't witness anyone having to wait long to be served. We are just travelers passing through town and we wanted to get the third COVID vaccine. It didn't take long at all for them to get the paperwork in order and give us our shots. We are both nurses and with a clinical eye we watched. Very impressed with the professionalism and care we got. Top notch. We had to wait ten minutes after getting our shot before we could leave. We looked around during this time. The shelves are well stocked with just about anything you could need.

Veterans beware, they do not accept VA insurance and are unwilling to talk to VA about it even when the VA says they can fix it if they talk to them. It seems as though Auburn is very short when having to deal with us veterans. this makes it worth it to me to drive to a different town and go to a different pharmacy. My hope is that someday a different pharmacy comes to Lindsborg.

I’m giving this pharmacy 5 ⭐️’s because I’ve been coming here since I first moved here from SoCal years ago. So I believe for a small town they’re doing & giving their best possible services they can provide us with. Considering possible limitation of resources. So in comparison from living my whole life in a big city to coming here (rural Kansas) small town living I’ve been provided with great friendly service.👌 So I would like to give a big “Thank You” to all the employees at the Lindsborg branch😊God Bless

My mother an older woman and us both being new in town, was having an issue getting a prescription changed to a new pharmacy. My mom was already have to play go between with auburn and the doctors office. Mom simply asked for a phone call once the pharmacy knew anything so that she wouldn’t have to keep bothering them. Instead of kindness and understanding my mother was rudely told that they are not a call center and that they don’t have time to call patients/customers back regarding issues they may be having with getting prescriptions filled!! Needless to say we are moving all of our prescriptions to Dillon’s!

The staff there are so friendly and very cool people 😎! They helped me out with my problem and I would recommend this pharmacy with 5+ stars! Thanks for your help ladies 🙂.
