*Edit June 27, 2025 Went by to pickup scripts for someone. Mid afternoon and only one car in the drive thru ahead of me awesome! Not! After that car the girl at the window walks away and takes people inside at the counter!? Very hot outside, cars running and... After people at the counter she comes back to take care of me. So, I ask, "are you the only one here!?" She said yes!! Wow!! On a Friday!? So glad I didn't arrive at 5-6 pm when everyone is off work!! Get two or even three counter people!! Automated refill line still not working. Have to call in scripts when they are open. They were slow and packed. Not the ladies that were behind the counter just that there is only 1 inside. Would be great if they were open later on Saturday. They lost so many scripts when the 2nd pharmacy closed

Unfortunately, since the pharmacy was purchased by Auburn's small chain pharmacy it has gone downhill. Never enough workers, takes days to get a refill even when your prescription has valid refills, and you are guaranteed at least a 30 minute wait to pick something up. Plus, the phone system never works. You have to wait to call in refills versus having an automatic system. Better management is drastically needed.

I would like thank Jeneen. Her service went well beyond the call of duty. I recently had to switch insurance and two of my medications went through the roof. For a three month supply they each went up over $600. She walked me through the process of working with Coffey County Health Systems to acquire a 340-B card. New cost $45 for three month supply! The new cost is good for two years! Jeneen truly cares about her customers. Takes the time to educate and inform them.

I am very disappointed with The medicine shoppe in Burlington Kansas. they are franchise that are not of corporate office. They are very sloppy with their work. I will be calling the BBB. I called a place and then look at the reviews and they are terrible I am not the only one. Before administering my flu shot the pharmacist did not tell me she was not licensed to give a flu shot. She did not sterilize my arm, she poked through a vein and let me bleed all over the place. Then she put the Band-Aid on below the injection site by 1 inch. Today I go pick up my meds and my meloxicam was one short.I called Saturday to pick up my estrogen patches and they didn't even have them in stock. I was short one last month out of the box. I'm wondering how many times they've done this to me. The package

Phil is rude and condesending. Most of the time they don't have my order ready even when my prescription is called ahead. Don't call to let me know if my prescription is ready even tho I've asked several times and I have the app and have signed up to be called. Brags about being in business for 20 years. Has hung up me cause there were other customers waiting...I'm a customer too.
