Really wish they were open until 7pm most people commute to work when getting off work at 5 and try to get there by 6 can make it hard getting your prescriptions sometime.

I never write reviews but I’ve been compelled to write one after the poor experiences I’ve had recently. I called last week to refill a prescription for a medication that I have to take daily, i specified that I only had a week’s worth of my medication left. When I came in to pick up my prescription this week (almost a week after I called) I was told “oh sorry we don’t have it on hand so it’s being shipped in.” Tell me why nobody thought to give me a call and let me know that my medication wouldn’t be delivered by the time I ran out of my current supply so I could try to find it elsewhere. I missed a dose and am experiencing some side effects of missing a dose.

The Techs and pharmacists are very helpful and courteous. We shop there for all our over-the-counter meds and get our prescriptions filled there. If you have a question while at home, the pharmacist or tech is happy to help answer your questions regarding your meds; so long as it's within their scope and not the prescribing physicians. Wonderful service.

I love this place. My son needed his meds. We changed insurance and all the updates were not in the computer yet. They worked with us and gave us a few days worth of his meds and then the insurance was updated and we picked up the rest. WOW! I was about speechless. I told my kids about insurance and how many people have to figure out if they can buy food or meds. That would have been one of those times if not for the help we got. Thank you. That was about a year or so ago and I have never bought another RX anyplace else.

They try really hard. It's getting more difficult to keep our business here with our insurance not covering anything set to this pharmacy. I would give our insurance company zero stars if I could. Auburn deserves all five though.
