I really trust Dr. Carpenter and her team. My family has been going here for more than 20 years. She is knowledgeable and reasonable. I'm glad we have this resource in our community.

I have a mastiff who is not socialized and they were absolutely wonderful with him. I chose this facility because it is nearby and I should have been going here all along. Lesson learned. They got him squared away. The staff is very nice, the cost was expected for all we had to have taken care of today. I would highly recommend this facility for your pets.

Groomer Visit on 3/29/2024 for my Standard Poodle…..I took my dog to the groomer and asked that she cut my dog’s hair off. Although the groomer did as I asked my dog has several nicks and cuts which I didn’t notice until closer review at home. My dog was bleeding but none of the cuts appear to be deep but rather razor burns. If the groomer could not handle the task at hand she should have said so. I will NEVER take my dog back to that groomer. I understand she is new but that’s no excuse. Besides the groomer before her wasn’t any better…she barely cut my dog’s hair which made me have to spend more money to have my dog groomed again, which is why I asked for her to cut my dog’s hair off. To make matters worst the receptionist is the rudest, most unprofessional woman I have ever met. My dogs

They were extremely helpful today. I called at 9 am and was able to get a appointment the same day. Friendly staff, professional and they took wonderful care of my cat. Prices are affordable. The bill, medication and care was thoroughly explained. Highly recommend.
