I am so fed up with Harvard Vanguard of Burlington. My mother is diabetic, and has Dr. Sarah Gates as her primary doctor. She has been without her diabetic meter refills for now going in 6mo. I call and advocate for my mother ALL the time, because I feel like the office takes her as a joke. We still DO NOT have anything resolved. This is only one matter I am putting out there, let alone past issues. I really do not reccomend anyone to the office to anyone!!! Just trying to safe someone the headaches we have encountered here.

I had an appointment in the Ortho department. I arrived early to check in. I was in and out rapidly, before the scheduled appointment time. And I love the hand surgeon that I saw... Dr. Shurko

I really used to love Atrius. My PCP Dr. Roan was the first doctor that I felt really cared and was empathetic rather than judgmental. I had her for years and she always responded to me personally on the portal and quickly addressed any concerns that I had. Ever since she left, I have been treated like a nuisance when I have had issues with prior authorizations for my medication. I understand that I have changed jobs so that requires a few different insurance changes but I didn’t feel like anyone actually listened to me and would just blow me off. I plan on finding a different office once my insurance changes where I don’t have to feel like I’m a bother as I do need more frequent visits to continue my medication.

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally express our profound disappointment with the treatment my wife and I received during what was meant to be a critical medical appointment. My wife was scheduled for emergency surgery, and we were told to expect a call the night prior with instructions—no such call was made. We arrived at the facility at 6:30 AM, fully prepared for surgery, only to be informed—without prior notice—that it was merely a consultation. This misinformation disrupted our lives in significant ways: we had arranged care for our children and pets, taken time off from work, and emotionally prepared for a surgical procedure. Understandably, this left us confused and concerned. Rather than receiving clarification or empathy, the staff responded with hostility. A member

I am extremely mad about how poorly the scheduling system has been handled. My appointment was cancelled three times. For the second and third cancellations, I received no call, message, or email. I only found out the second appointment was cancelled because I called to confirm something. I have waited for several months for this appointment. I even took PTO from work to make sure I could attend. I rescheduled for a third time, drove one hour early in the morning to the location, and was told again that the appointment was cancelled. I was informed that a notification was sent through the MyHealth Online app last night around 9 PM—this is completely unacceptable. On top of that, the medical assistant told me I would receive a call to reschedule the appointment, but no one ever called. I
