Part 1: I wanted to try Atrius Optical and was that a mistake. The reception person sat down and said “when you find what you want, put them on the end of the desk and I will check you out.” No help or orientation to a new place, The glasses I bought must not fit properly. If I look any way but straight ahead, they fall off. If I put them on my head, they get tangled in my hair. Part 2: I had received a vm saying my glasses were ready. I arrived around noon and found Optical closed. There was a sign on the door saying they were closed from 12 to 1:30. While at their shop, I made a suggestion that they might include that on the vm so patients don’t waste their time. On Thursday of last week, I had a conversation with my primary doctor because I was having medical issues in the hospital and needed help facilitating my care.My primary care doctor is great , and so wasn't the nurse that I dealt with during the day and was told to call back if there was any problems. What low And behold the next morning, I had issues with my discharge, and I called in the morning, spoke to a nurse who was lovely, was told to call back with the information they needed to call the doctor at the hospital when I called back.I got another nurse on the line who is absolutely horrendous to me only.\nBecause I tried to explain what was going on and couldn't get a word in edgewise.I was also accused of being mean and yelling when I never was crass to her at all, when I asked what

SCAM ALERT! This company signed me up for an appointment when I don’t even live close to them and now they’re saying I have to pay a fee for missing the scam appointment. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Whether there for Urgent Care or a scheduled appointment, they're always pretty quick and thorough. Had one bad experience some years back but that had more to do with the individual urgent care doctor... I sent a letter (written and mailed) to the Chief Medical Officer of Atrius, which got an appropriate response, also in a mailed formal letter. Overall I'm impressed with this operation, especially compared to the experiences of others at other organizations.

After a week unsuccessfully trying to get help with nerve pain due to a hip fracture, Dr. Jenny Sun quickly identified the problem and prescribed the right pain medication. I'm forever grateful to her.
