I was seen here for the first time by Dr. Marra and she was great. I felt heard in my concerns and she explained everything regarding her plan of care and what to expect moving forward. I was also very happy they were able to get me in so fast for imaging that needed to be done to help address what’s going on. The front staff were so sweet as well! I look forward to continuing my care here.

Dr.Marra and her team are amazing! The office is organized and well run. Dr.Marra is very nice and empathetic. When I had to have emergency surgery she was very comforting and knowledgeable. Her team guided me through the process with efficiency. I am recommending her to all of my friends!

Both the front staff and the provider had excellent customer service skills. I really liked my new provider, Courtney Claugus PA!!! The new Lake Norman office is beautiful! Although it doesn't make sense the TV faces the elevators instead of the waiting room, lol.

This was a nice experience. My appointment was on time. The staff was friendly. My physician was knowledgeable and kind.
