Great staff and Dr's. Was in and out in no time. Totally recommend. I also bring my kids in when they're sick and they are the absolute best. Always so gracious and understanding. You couldn't have better service from front desk, to the nurses and the Dr's. I cant applaud them enough!

Disappointing and dismissive experience I don’t enjoy going to doctors in general, but I went to this urgent care because I can’t afford to be out of work for a long period of time if something serious is going on. I had a cold that had lasted almost 10 days and was getting worse. The morning I came in, I woke up feeling like I couldn’t catch a full breath, which is not normal for me and was concerning enough that I felt I needed to be seen. Unfortunately, the doctor I saw was dismissive and made me feel like I was exaggerating or being untruthful about my symptoms. Rather than listening and trying to understand what I was experiencing, he challenged my description of shortness of breath and even tried to “demonstrate” what real shortness of breath looks like. That approach felt condescend

Everytime I've gone to this particular Urgent Care at West Park which has been since they've been there around 6 maybe 7 times the staff have been very efficient and concerned about my health. I can HONESTLY say without hesitation the employees there are absolutely the FRIENDLIEST I've ever seen. Everytime! I can't say this about any other health care facility I've been to. I appreciate that very much and I've told them. I RECOMMEND this Urgent Care facility to everyone!

I was so glad to be treated for Cellulitis quickly by Dr. Perry and his team of nurses and staff.. It was clear I was going into toxic shock and due to the quick call I got my antibiotics and healed good. I will be going here from now on for any major medical problems.

The best Urgent Care in town. The staff and nurses are always so friendly and professional. Dr. Perry is the best, always nice and considerate of you and what's wrong with you. Great doctor.
