All the staff here is friendly and professional - from the reception desk employees, nurses, lab techs, and Dr. Russell. They seem to really listen to your concerns and I never feel like I'm being rushed during appointments. After going to a family practice in Mint Hill for many years that was no longer professional or pleasant, I'm glad I switched over to this location. Going to this location is well worth the extra 15 minute drive.

I switch from Harrisburg, because I couldn't get in for my physical, my fault. My visit went well, but the follow ups have been terrible, had to ask for my summary from my visit. No response on my lab work. Then trying to get a subscription resent to my insurance plan was ignored. Waited 3 days then called. My messaged opened then nothing. The nurse told me that.

This is such an amazing office. Providers and clinical staff who work hard to help their patients and go the extra mile.

Atrium is a monster that will cause you to wait 5 times longer than you should for basic services. They are the opposite of proactive and im honestly thinking about leaving state because of them. Go anywhere else before it's too late.

It takes almost perfection to impress me, when it comes to the medical field, but I'm am absolutely impressed and would gladly refer my family and friends, 10/10 💯%
