Atracare - Urgent Care, & Pediatrics

Was recommended to go here by a family member, and I’m so glad I did! They are very friendly, fast, and thorough. I was there not even an hour and found out what was going on. That includes getting an xray and my nasal swabs back!! I would 100% recommend this place to anyone.

So disappointing! I’ve been a client for a couple of years using their primary care. They told me I had to switch because the other PA I was going to is busy, then told me I had to come in to meet with the doctor before my actual visit. I was scheduled for 1 o’clock and went to the urgent care by accident. Waited a few minutes for someone to come help me and then they told me it was at the Plantations address. I zoomed over there ran into the building at 1:12 and they would not see me and told me I had to reschedule! I immediately walked out and got a new primary care physician I drove there from Millsboro took time out of an extremely busy day to get there for basically no reason other than to meet the doctor? That sounds like a money grab to me doesn’t make any sense to me.

The nurses and doctor are extremely helpful, nice and friendly and helpful and very caring and considerate. My husband came in and had emergency surgery late at night and I am so happy we came here!! I was here about seven years ago and told him I wouldn’t go anywhere else. We live 45 minutes away but that doesn’t matter!

Atracare is where you need to go for quick, personal, reliable and fast care. I was very impressed! Front desk girly is a gem. Sarah and the nurses are 100% professional, kind and empathetic. Thank you!!

Now I know why they have so many good reviews. I was literally in and out within 30 minutes, probably not even. They were fast, and so sweet. They kept complimented me on how good I smelled which is literally the best compliment ever, and I gave them the scent name so hopefully they give it a try LOL. They made me feel super comfortable and they were so so so kind. Would go back here again for any minor/quick health issues.
