Atlas West Deptford

I wanted to commend the nursing staff at Atlas West Deptford, in particular, Cashmere, Amber, Stephanie, Queen, Rose, Wanda, Andrea, Anthony, Iris, Aniya and for those I don’t know their names, for the excellent care of my cousin, Maria. The whole staff has been so caring, kind, dedicated and professional. They had to deal with a horrific roommate, but did it with such professionalism. They all deserve a bonus!! I can’t thank you enough for looking after her while at the facility.

I had an issue that involved my sister-in-law, a resident at Atlas W.D. However, between Carla, Christine and the nurses on my sister-in-law’s wing the issue was easily resolved. Even the administrator Raymond was wonderfully helpful.Everyone treated me with the utmost respect and were eager to help me. Thank you everyone for a great experience! The price of the rehab home had nothing to do with my issue, so therefore it is not applicable.

As a hospice liaison for many years I have been in just about every skilled nursing facility in South Jersey. In my position patients and families frequently share their thoughts about their current care and the care team. I have had the recent opportunity to support several patients and their families and ALL have commented and reported excellent care and staff. What stands out to me recently is the super positive feedback that I received from two different families with regards to the nursing staff and the wound care that was given. Both families applauded the care and efforts to actually heal the wounds of their loved ones - as well as an overall great experience. I am truly encouraged and honored to work with this team - their dedication and commitment is definitely making a difference

If I could give them no stars I would. I am happy my parent is no longer there. Just watch the goings on carefully, I have pictures of staff being on their phones and not attending to patients, talking and cussing about their baby daddy and multiple times putting a patient in the bathroom only to walk away for 10 minutes or more leaving them there. I've seen patients sitting near the nurse's desk for hours. I won't even discuss the serious injury my parent recieved while in their care, that they can't even explain how or why it happened! Then when you pick them up when discharged, they hand you a packet and that's it! Although in that packet they checked off... 1. Atlas Subacute Care provided excellent care for my wife following her stroke. She was there for three months, and throughout that time the facility was consistently clean, well-run, and attentive. The staff truly went above and beyond—especially Samantha, Rose, Jenn, Aeshia, Stephanie, and Angel, who showed genuine compassion and dedication every day. The physical and occupational therapy team was outstanding; Chris, John, and Don are top-notch and played a huge role in her progress. Everyone was responsive, attentive, and supportive to both patients and families. While the food left something to be desired, it does not take away from the overall experience. Atlas is a wonderful facility, and I’m very grateful for the care my wife received.
