Dr. Goyals front staff were nice when I first checked in. Would appreciate more welcoming smiles. The young lady that took me to the back was very kind and did her job well. When Dr. Goyal, came in, he just sat down and starting asking questions about my visit. Within the first 3 mins, he received two phone calls on his cell and he answered both. I thought that was a bit rude but maybe it was an emergency. I also like to shake hands when I meet a doctor for the first time. I had to initiate the handshake with him. He was nice enough but a more improved bedside manner wouldn’t hurt. For my 2nd time appt, I met with Amber who was very kind. She was very informative, proactive and explained a lot regarding my issues. She seemed more caring and compassionate. She listened and wasn’t

Staff and physician were very pleasant. I did wait more 15-20 minutes to be called and saw doctor with 10-15 after vitals were taken. No problem referring family and friends.

We (2 of my sons accompanied me) were pleased/impressed with respect and helpfulness of office staff, technicians, and Dr. Goyal.

Everyone was really nice and helpful. I am thankful I got to be seen by the doctor here. He gave me a new inhaler that I definitely needed. I would definitely recommend this doctor.

I really like this facility a lot . All of the Dr's. Nurses and staff are great. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 stars today is because of the disgusting unsanitary conditions of the downstairs restroom here. Staff or janitors need to clean and santuze this bathroom which is filled with feces trash and is a complete disaster like a junkies bathroom at a bar in Tijuana is probably cleaner than this restroom. Im just stating a simple fact of observation
