Atlantis Pharmacy

I always have an excellent experience at this pharmacy. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and truly goes out of their way to make sure you understand your medications. The service is quick, the store is always clean, and the pharmacists take the time to answer any questions. Their delivery is awesome—always prompt and dependable. Highly recommend this pharmacy for anyone looking for reliable and caring service!

This pharmacy, employees and pharmacist/owner Damien were really good to me for YEARS up until today, and even the last 4-6 months and it's gone completely downhill. Every single time I try to call it's a minimum 30 minute wait and usually get hung up on and have to call multiple times just to get through to then get greeted by what Damien quoted himself to me today was the "owners princess so she can do/say what she wants" after I once again had to waste an hour of my day just to get greeted by her with a complete attitude like the excess calls is my fault and have been treated this way by her every month now that I realize it's the same girls voice. I then called back to speak to Damien directly and he had a complete childish hissy fit screaming at me on the phone like I'm not his patien

Nice staff and always helpful with their interactions with you i get asked if i have any questions about the prescription and they text u and tell you when it is ready for oickuo too which is a nice feature they have.

I received a text message stating that my prescription was ready. When I arrived to pick it up, they said that someone came through the drive thru and already picked it up. It definitely was not me. And they also told me that they do I.D when you come pick up prescriptions through the drive up. Scary and unprofessional. They wanted me to wait while they filed a police report. It’s the most bizarre system I’ve ever experienced. I won’t use this pharmacy again. It’s very archaic and unreliable.

I just wanna shout out to Damien one of the pharmacists at Atlantis who's been compounding and making pharmaceuticals for me for the last several years he's always available very courteous efficient along with the entire staff a real top rate organization
