Dr. Schwartz and her staff are knowledgeable, friendly and patient. I can always get through on the phone contrary to what others have said in reviews. They always acknowledge me when I come in and I don't have to wait very long to be seen. Over the many years I have been going to this office, there have been a couple of hygienists and one part-time dentist who were not great but they were not kept around long-term and that has happened in other practices as well. They have worked successfully with my insurance to keep my costs as low as possible. Dr. Schwartz is a skilled dentist!

Very Questionable Ethics and Operation Issue. The reason for this one star review comes from two issues: (1) Operation Issue. I have made literally over 100 calls to schedule an appointment with no success. No one answers the phone. There is no front desk person/receptionist in this office. This office only relies on doctors and hygienist to answer calls, (2) Questionable Ethics I have cavity issues on my back teeth. Dr. Schwartz (the owner, not the treating doctor) insisted that I pay out of pocket the difference between white filling and silver filling (about $150-225 difference each tooth if I’m not mistaken. The worst customer and dental service experience ever. I have been trying to get X Rays done since November 2015. I went initially for a cleaning and was told to have XRays done but had to come back because they were updating to Digital XRays. I was told to call in December 2015 because they were updating their X Ray system. In December I called the office and it always went to voice mail. I walked into the office and one of the dentists told me to call to make an appointment. I explained to her that I had been calling but no one was picking up. She couldn't book my appointment in person. I then finally get someone to pick up at the office. An appointment for five weeks. I walked into the office in early January 2016 for my appointment. I've never thought to describe a dental cleaning this way, but the only word I can come up with is revelatory. Atlantis Dental's hygienist is the most thorough and amazing person I have ever had the pleasure of being a patient of. What an amazing practice.

The dentist and office staff are all really nice here. Would recommend them if your looking for a good dentist. They take most insurances. There are a few parking spaces located on the side of the building reserved for patients.
