I have been to this urgent care several times, and unfortunately not once have they been able to provide meaningful help. I understand there are other locations available, but I have gone to this one due to urgent situations and its close proximity. I don’t usually leave negative reviews. However, I feel it’s important to share my experience so others are aware before going and potentially wasting money on a visit that provides no solution. My most recent visit is what finally prompted me to write this review. The staff knew why I was there and were aware from the start that they could not help me and that I would need to either go to the ER or wait until my doctor’s office opened. I went to Urgent Care on Wednesday night and was diagnosed with acute bronchitis. Unfortunately, the first round of medication prescribed didn’t help, and I actually started feeling worse. I decided to go back on Friday night, and I’m so glad I did. I had the best experience I’ve ever had with a doctor. Dr. Robert Holtzin was incredibly kind, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. He took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and make me feel comfortable the entire time. I later learned he’s also a U.S. military veteran who served in the Vietnam War, which makes his compassion and dedication even more admirable. I’m genuinely grateful for the care I received from Dr. Holtzin and the staff that night — it made a stressful situation so much b

I would recommend you this place for the doctors , but not for the front desk staff!! Extremely rude the lady with the orange hair was complaining about patients walking in , in which her colleague asked her to stop in a joking manner. A conversation definitely needs to be had with this staff member as I have been coming here for YEARS , it makes me not even want to come in whenever I have an issue. Told me they were taking anymore patients and to come back in a couple hours at 5pm , I didnt think it was a big deal its the holidays everyone is sick . I just hope atleast a conversation is had you NEVER know whom is listening :(

I visited this Urgent Care on Thursday 2/12 with inflamed tonsils. Was tested for Strep, Flu, etc..diagnosed with a sore throat and told to get OTC throat spray. That has not helped at all after (as a Medical Assistant myself), I was disappointed at how the 2 girls walked in like “The S.W.A.T team” and asked me to open my mouth. Though I said “I can barely open my mouth but will try my best”, the one girl grabbed my mouth, opened it, and jabbed the swab so far back down my throat that I yelled out OMG. They just walked out without caring. What has nursing become. To those entering the field because the pay is good don’t forget at the end of the day it was someone’s life you affected whether negative or positive-your choice🤔 I saw my PCP the next day and he prescribed me antibiotics for the

Took my son here yesterday due to pain when swallowing and scratches on his throat. The provider he saw stated they were out of swabs to do a culture. 😳 I am sure they will bill my insurance the full fee though, he was only prescribed Lidocaine mouthwash. Shameful! Sadly they used to provide good if not better care than the Pcps. Run don't walk away from here. This is not about billing! Belows response is clearly automated!
